What are 21st Century Skills?

21st Century Skills are the subjective skills that are much harder to quantify than the well-known Technical Skills. These skill-sets are largely formed as part of our individual personality traits and can be instrumental or detrimental depending on what and how we have learned or developed these inherent traits.

21st Century Skills are often called “people skills” or “interpersonal skills,” and they represent the way we relate to others and interact with the people and the world around us.
